Return Policy
At Careeb, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to make the return process as smooth as possible. Please review our return policy based on product categories:
1. Meat, Vegetables, and Fruits:
- Inspection at Delivery: Our rider will ensure that you are satisfied with the quality of the meat, vegetables, and fruits at the time of delivery. If you are not satisfied with the products, you can return them directly to the rider at that time.
- Returns After Delivery: Unfortunately, returns for these items are not accepted after delivery, unless there is a quality issue identified at the time of delivery.
2. Electronics (Non-Mobile, Non-Laptop):
- Refunds: Electronics such as home appliances, kitchen gadgets, and other electronic products can be refunded within 5 working days from the date of delivery, provided the item is undamaged and in resellable condition (including original packaging).
- Damaged Electronics: If an electronic product is found to be damaged, a return can be initiated within 5 working days of delivery.
3. Mobile Phones and Laptops:
- Mobile phones and laptops are subject to the brand’s return policy. Please refer to the specific manufacturer's return terms for more details.
- Generally, returns or refunds will only be allowed if the product is unused, in its original condition, and with all accessories and packaging intact.
4. Groceries (Including Expired Items):
- Expired Items: You may return expired grocery items at any time after delivery. If an item is found to be expired, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange for a return or replacement.
- Damaged Grocery Items: Damaged or faulty grocery items can be returned within 5 working days from the date of delivery.
General Return Guidelines:
- Condition of Return: To qualify for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact (unless the item is defective or damaged).
- Refund Process: Once a return is approved, refunds will be processed according to the payment method used at the time of purchase. Refunds may take up to 7 working days depending on the payment provider.
