Premium chicken breast fillet, wheat flour, maize starch, ethnic spices, canola oil, salt, thyme & garlic.

Cooking Instructions

Deep fry frozen hand crafted chicken tenders for 3-4 minutes or until golden in preheated oil.

Preheat oven to 200oC. Bake frozen hand crafted chicken tenders on baking sheet (turning halfway through baking) for 12-15 minutes or until cooked.
