Prime chicken meat, daal chana, ginger, garlic,onion, green chillies, cumin seeds, egg, ethnic spices.
Keep Frozen. Do not thaw before cooking.
Dip the shami kababs in well beaten egg and fry over medium heat for 3-4 minutes or until done,turning occasionally in preheated oiled pan.(Applying egg is optional)
