HOW TO COOK
FOR AIR FRYING: Preheat the air fryer at 180°C for 4-5 minutes. Next, reduce the heat to 170°C and place all the Aloo Samosas in the air fryer for 4 minutes. After 4 minutes, take the samosas out, brush lightly with oil to give them even color and then put them back in for 6 more minutes to enjoy them with your loved ones.
FOR DEEP FRYING: Preheat clean frying oil in a wok or skillet pan for deep frying at 180° C. Fry Aloo Samosas for 4-5 minutes on this temperature or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels for absorbing excessive oil.
