Boneless chicken, fresh onion, table salt, chili, flakes, mixed spices, bread crumbs, blanched in frying oil.
HOW TO COOK
Traditional Cooking, Enjoy traditional kofta curry of your choice with best of your recipe. Add slightly thawed Dawn Chicken Kofta for the best result of your meal. Fry the thawed kofta in a preheated skillet pan over medium heat for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
Storage: Keep frozen.
Procedure: Appliances and utensils vary; adjust cooking times accordingly.
Defrost product inside refrigerator until slightly thawed, prior to cooking. Avoid re-freezing thawed product.
Cooking Pot: To enjoy traditional Kofta curry, prepare curry with your choice of recipe. Add slightly thawed Kofta along with water. Cook until ready.
Karahi (Wok): To enjoy Kofta as a snack, preheat oil to frying temperature (170°C). Deep fry slightly thawed Kofta for 5 minutes, or until fully cooked.
