If your product is defective / damaged or incorrect/incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact us within 24 hours. We will offer return or refund.

Careeb’s Cancellation Policy
We offer easy and hassle free cancellation policy. You can cancel your order any time before the order is out for delivery. If you are not satisfied with product quality, you can ask for replacement  or reject the delivery even after receiving them. In case of vegetables, cakes, meat and chicken you will check the quality at the time  of receiving delivery and if you are not satisfied with the quality you will return the item to the rider, after accepting the delivery of meat we will not accept any refund claim. 

Complaints regarding Third party Items such as Cake or other bakery products will send directly to that vendor. Careeb will only issue refund related to damage item but will not take responsibility for their quality as we have only service level agreement with other brands.
